How to:

1. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks, then create a folder name BowserCastle
2. Extract the downloaded file, drag and drop the dlc.rpf into the BowserCastle folder you just created in OpenIV
3. Open up the Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and add this line “<Item>dlcpacks:\BowserCastle\</Item>” (without quotes) before the </Paths>
4. Enter the game and go to the location indicated as shown below
